What is EYP?

The EYP is a program for young people, run entirely by young people. All across Europe, youngsters aged 16-25 organise simulated parliamentary sessions in which they address their discussion on relevant issues that the European Union is currently facing. Participants are confronted with the most alarming concerns we experience daily. Still, more importantly, they are encouraged to act upon these issues and provide actionable solutions by partaking in numerous debates and drafting resolutions that address the current state of affairs.

How can I join the EYP?

First, you should follow the instructions on our Join Us Page. After becoming an official member, you should keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook, as well as join our Discord channel. When you see calls for Delegates are open, follow the instruction on those announcements to apply for the role of Delegate in our events.

What is a Delegate?

A Delegate is a participant of a session who takes part in a series of activities, guided by peer organisers and moderators. They get to become part of a committee, a group of people lead by their Chairperson. DUring the session days, they work with their committee to find solutions to their committee topic and come up with a resolution. This is the first role in which you can join EYP.
